About Dr. Hans

Dr. Hans Freericks has been practicing Chiropractic care in the city of Fremont since 1995. He completed his pre-chiropractic education at San Jose State University before graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1995, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree.
Dr. Hans considers himself a native Californian. His family moved from Utrecht, Holland when he was six years old and he’s been in the San Jose bay area ever since. Active in promoting Chiropractic, Dr. Hans has grown his chiropractic office and trained his staff to treat wide range of health issues from family care & childhood ailments, to adult related aches and pains, and also senior related issues like arthritis and hip pain. He is described by his patients to be kind, thorough, and able to explain chiropractic in a way that anyone can understand it.
When first starting out in practice, Dr. Hans learned Gonstead adjusting techniques and believed that there is no better tool to finding a problem than a skilled pair of hands. This still holds true today and he offers his patients the quick and effective treatment found from Chiropractic adjustments without spending hours of time on machines or physical therapy.
Now that Dr. Hans has the experience of building three successful chiropractic offices (see the locations tab for other locations), he wants to pass this skill on to others and joined New Beginnings Chiropractic and Life Management as a consultant in 2008. He states “It’s very rewarding to teach someone and help them accomplish what they could not do on their own.”
Dr. Hans is married to his wife Sharon and they have two beautiful daughters. In his free time he enjoys camping, boating, teaching his girls to play basketball and soccer, and vacationing with his family.
About Dr. Hazleton

Dr. Kristin Hazleton was born and raised in the East Bay, residing in Danville for most of her childhood. She moved to San Diego for college and moved back to the Bay Area once she began chiropractic school.
Dr. Hazleton attended Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California and has been trained extensively in the Gonstead technique. This entails gentle and specific adjustments to the spine in order to relieve nerve pressure. Dr. Hazleton loves taking care of patients of all ages and is passionate about helping her patients heal themselves.
Dr. Hazleton is very excited to spread chiropractic not only to the community of Fremont but she also wants to share it with the world. In December of 2009, Dr. Hazleton traveled to Dheradun, India in order to provide chiropractic care to Tibetan orphans and elders. She believes that no matter your age, background, or history, everyone deserves to feel the benefits of chiropractic adjustments.
Also, in 2009 she has participated in multiple Mission Trip America events in which Dr. Hazleton donated her time to helping the day labor population in San Francisco. Many of these laborers have horrible spinal injuries which can prevent them from working. Without receiving chiropractic care they wouldn’t be able to support and take care of their families.
When Dr. Hazleton is not working she loves to take her yellow lab Nonnie for long walks through the Danville hills.
